Soft silicone rubber
Class 3 Device Class - highest level of specification under EN 136. Class 3 masks are designed for heavy duty use and fire fighters, and carry the most protection, durability and maintenance ability of all face masks.
Has standard thread connection according to EN 148-1, universal among all respiratory protection devices.
Designed to avoid visor fogging through the control of the cold and hot air flows inside the mask without perishable surface treatments.
Has a phonic membrane -an aluminium layer, inside the breathing unit of the device, enables the transmission of vocal sound.
Has scratch resistant visor, Optical Class 1 (EN 166). The screen allows a panoramic visual field without optical distortions. A vitrification treatment on its surface makes it scratch resistant.
Fixed on 6 points directly on the rigid body of the mask in order not to deform the face seal. It allows to distribute the weight of the full-face mask evenly without leaving face marks.
